Thank you for the tremendous support you’ve shown since launch.
First, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the malicious attacks we have suffered following the launch.
However, Gravity has a an expert team that has been responding and working to mitigate attacks around the clock. We promise to continue our 24-hour monitoring and response to these threats.
We will keep working to address various issues quickly so that all players can enjoy a stable and smooth Ragnarok Online LATAM experience.
As promised, we would also like to inform you about the compensation for the disruptions experienced during gameplay.
