
Issue with Orchestra Event Treasure Boxes

We have identified an issue where the Treasure Boxes from the Orchestra Event are not appearing correctly for some players.
We’d like to reassure everyone that our team is already investigating the matter with the highest priority. We will thoroughly check the logs of each affected account to ensure that no one is left out unfairly.
After this analysis, the Treasure Boxes will be sent directly via RODEX to eligible players.
