We’ve identified that some players are receiving notifications related to Kaspersky, such as 170/122/360 NO MSG.The issue is currently being reviewed by the Kaspersky team,

and a fix is expected to be implemented as soon as possible, estimated within 12 to 24 hours.

In the meantime, please adjust your settings as indicated below to avoid any disruptions while playing:

1. Go to the Security Menu in Kaspersky

2. Go to Settings

3. Click on “Exclusions and actions on object detection”

4. Click on Manage Exclusions

5. Click on Add and browse for the GameGuard folder in “Ragnarok\GameGuard”

6. Click OK and confirm. Don’t forget to SAVE.

As soon as the fix is completed, we will release a new announcement with all the details.
