
Additional Notice Regarding Item Duplication

Dear Adventures,
Following a thorough review of the data and logs from the OBT period, we have identified several cases suspected of item duplication and have taken the appropriate actions accordingly.
As part of our constant and ongoing improvements, changes have also been made based on the results of the analysis. Internal monitoring systems have been tweaked to better protect against, as well as detect this specific type of illegal activity for punishment. We hope this provides some peace of mind so all players can enjoy the game.
Previously, we had announced during the live stream that we would not publicly disclose the identities of sanctioned users. However, moving forward, depending on the severity of the offense, we will notify the community of involved users to the extent permitted under data protection policies. Accounts involved in the sale or purchase of items obtained through illegal means will be blocked in accordance with our operational policies.
We thank everyone for the reports and information sent to the customer support team and kindly ask all players to continue to report any suspicious or illegal activity they may encounter in-game to the operations team without delay.
