"Survey Event" – Your voice matters!

Period: From 14/04 to 21/04

Event Introduction

Your journey in Midgard matters to us! After the end of the Open Beta Test, we’ll launch the official Feedback Survey for the LATAM server. This will be one of the main ways we hear from the community and implement improvements based on what truly matters: the player's experience.

How to Participate:

● After the OBT ends, access the survey link that will be shared on the official channels.
● Answer all the questions honestly and share details about your experience during the testing period.
● Submit the form to confirm your participation.

Rules

● The event will start on April 14, 2025, at 10:00 AM BRT (April 14, 2025, at 1:00 PM UTC) and run until April 21, 2025, 11:59 PM BRT (April 22, 2025, 3:00 AM UTC).
● Each account may complete the survey only once.
● The survey will be anonymous, but all participants who complete it fully will receive a reward.
● Make sure to enter the correct pre-registered GnJoy account to avoid issues when rewards are delivered.
● Prizes for selected players will be delivered via Rodex (Mail System).
● Each GnJoy account is eligible to claim the prize for this event only once.
● The data collected will be used exclusively to improve the game.
● Be sure to fill out the entire form—forms that are incomplete will not be eligible to receive rewards at the official launch.
