We would like to inform you that the Ragnarok Online LATAM team is investigating bug exploit being discussed within the community.
The game is directly managed by a professional development team in Korea, with extensive service experience in Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, and other regions, ensuring a stable and content-rich gameplay experience.
Firm action is taken against all illegal activities, including bug exploits. Some accounts have already been blocked, and further accounts will be blocked after further analysis. Sanctions will be applied in accordance with our operational policies, protecting honest players.
Penalties include:
• Permanent account suspension
• Removal of fraudulently obtained items/zeny
Sanctions will also apply to accounts that support or are associated with bug exploitation or any other illegal activity.

Do not test or participate in exploits shared in the community, report them immediately to our customer support instead. If you notice unexpected actions or believe you have found a potential exploit, report it immediately with as much evidence as possible. While a variety of measures have already implemented, including various technical countermeasures on the LATAM servers, player reports are essential in detecting and responding to problems early. We are continuing to investigate the reports received and will continue to apply sanctions following analysis.
