Disconnection issues and absent customer care/support

Dear team, I don't know how to put this but.. this is a +20 year game old, and by this time, the least that we expect is a mature server. I am located in the US and can not play the game. Is that because you are taking extreeme measures to prevent DDoS? Blocking an entire region is not the solution. Disconnect issues now happen at fixed times, so I am assuming you have setup rudimentary rules to defend against attackers, my suggestion is that you should reach out to a more experienced networking administrator. And I know you will probably don't care if a bunch of US users can't log in, it dones't make a difference, but please improve your server and customer service, it is pretty lame. Best.
