OTP System – Protect Your Journey!

System Introduction

The time has arrived to ensure your acocunt is more secure than ever! With the OTP (One-Time Password) system, your adventure in Rune Midgard begins with peace of mind. This article will guide you through the OTP activation process, which is mandatory for accessing Ragnarok Online LATAM.

How it Works:

1. 1. The OTP System is mandatory to play Ragnarok Online LATAM.

3. 2. First, you must activate OTP on your GnJoy account.

5. 3. If you try to access the game without OTP registered, the following error message will appear.

2. 4. To begin the activation process, log in to your GnJoy account.

2. 5. Once logged in, you’ll see the “OTP Connection” option on the left-hand side of the screen.

2. 6. Click on it to proceed to the OTP configuration screen.

4. 7. On this screen, you will begin the OTP activation and view the instructions.

6. 8. IMPORTANT: To complete the OTP activation, you must install the Google Authenticator app on your mobile device.

2. 9. Click the “OTP Service Request” button.

2. 10. You’ll be directed to a new screen and receive a verification code via email (sent to your GnJoy account’s registered email):
   

2. 11. Open your email to retrieve the verification code.

2. 12. Enter the code and click “Verification Completed.”
3. 
   

2. 13. If the code is correct, you’ll be redirected to a new page.
3. 
   

2. 14. Now download Google Authenticator on your phone.

4. 15. Open the app, select “Scan QR code,” and point it at the QR code on your screen.

2. 16. A new authenticator will be created — example shown below.

2. 17. While the authenticator is open, scroll down until you find the option to enter the code.

2. 18. Enter the OTP verification code and click “Confirm.”
3. 
   
4. 19. If successful, a message will confirm that your OTP has been registered.

2. 20. Return to the “OTP Connection” screen on GnJoy to view your activation status and date.

2. 21. With OTP activated, log in to the game again.

4. 22. Enter your username and password.
5. 
   
6. 23. If successful, the OTP window will appear.

2. 24. Open Google Authenticator on your phone and enter the code.

2. 25. Once verified, the server selection screen will appear, and you can now log in normally.
