
How to fix the GameGuard Error

Adventurers,
During maintenance testing, we identified that after the GameGuard update, some players are experiencing an error preventing them from connecting to the game.
Who is affected?
This issue generally affects players still using the original client downloaded during the Open Beta Test (OBT).
How to fix the error
Follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
Go to the folder where the game is installed on your computer.
Look for the file named RagnarokKR.ini
.
Delete that file (RagnarokKR.ini
).
Download the new configuration file:
Click here to download the ROLatam.ini file (ZIP format)
Extract the contents of the ZIP file.
Place the extracted ROLatam.ini
file into the Ragnarok installation folder, replacing the old RagnarokKR.ini
, as shown in the image:
(Delete)(Correct file)
After this, you should be able to log in normally.
As a last resort, we recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
